By accessing or purchasing from https://badblabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Badb Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Research Use Only Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use this Site. By placing an order, you affirm you meet these requirements and that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes only.

3. Product Description & Intended Use

4. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, dietary, or health advice. Badb Labs is not a healthcare provider. Any third-party studies, citations, or educational content referenced are for scientific context only.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [USD] and subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected misuse, fraud, or resale for human consumption.
  • Payment must be received in full before shipment.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Products ship via USPS to addresses within The United States of America.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by carriers or customs/regulatory authorities.
  • We do not ship to foreign countries or territories where peptide research chemical sales are restricted.
  • We do not guarantee delivery to jurisdictions where research chemical sales are restricted; buyer is responsible for confirming local legality before ordering.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of research chemicals, opened, used, or tampered products are non-returnable.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Third-Party Testing / COAs

Certificates of Analysis (COAs), where provided, reflect testing of the specific batch indicated and are provided for research reference only. COAs do not constitute a representation of fitness for any particular use, including human consumption.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use any product purchased from this Site to:

  • Consume, inject, or apply to any human or animal
  • Resell, repackage, or relabel for end use by consumers
  • Violate any local, state, federal, or international law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the Controlled Substances Act, where applicable
  • Misrepresent products as approved supplements, drugs, or cosmetics

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BADB LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY USE INCONSISTENT WITH THE RESEARCH-USE-ONLY DESIGNATION.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Badb Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use or misuse of purchased products, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas,, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
